By accessing and using the NextFrontier website (nextfrontier.world) and our business continuity planning services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

User Obligations

Service Limitations

While we strive to provide high-quality business continuity planning services, we cannot guarantee that our recommendations will prevent all business disruptions or losses. The effectiveness of business continuity plans depends on various factors beyond our control.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to NextFrontier for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services or the information, content, or materials included therein.

Client Termination

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Austria, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, which these Terms do not seek to limit.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
